Nashville's CMA Fest week truly kicked off with a heartwarming and exciting display of generosity, as country music's biggest stars traded their microphones for baseball bats at the fifth annual Rock 'N Jock Celebrity Softball Game. The event, held at Nashville's First Horizon Park, brought together a mix of country artists, sports legends, and media personalities for a fun-filled contest, all while raising substantial funds for a vital cause. This year's game was a resounding success, raising an impressive more than $670,000 in scholarship money. These crucial funds are dedicated to Folds of Honor Tennessee, a nonprofit organization that provides educational scholarships to the families of America's fallen or disabled military service members and first responders.

A standout moment of generosity came from country star Riley Green, who captained the Military team. Green personally donated a significant $75,000 to Folds of Honor through his Buford Bonds Fund. This charitable initiative, named in honor of his grandfathers who both served in the military, reflects Green's deep personal connection to supporting veterans and their families. His donation was even matched by Black Rifle Coffee Company's Mat Best, adding another $75,000 to the total!

Beyond the exciting plays on the field, the atmosphere was charged with patriotism, celebrating the 250th anniversary of various military branches and Marine Week Nashville.
